By accessing our services, purchasing, or using our NFTs, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under age 18, you may not, under any circumstances or for any reason, use our services.

Purchasing & Redemption of NFTs

Purchasing an NFT from us gives you the right to redeem it for a specified physical good. To redeem an NFT, you must follow the process outlined on our website or otherwise provided to you. We reserve the right to change this process at any time at our discretion.

Geographic Restrictions

Our services are not offered to individuals or entities residing in countries sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) of the U.S. Department of the Treasury or in any other jurisdiction where our services would be illegal. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are not located in any such country or on any such list.

Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all local, state, federal, and national laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations that apply to your use of our services. Violation of any applicable laws will result in termination of your access to our services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, under no circumstances and under no legal theory (including, without limitation, tort, contract, strict liability, or otherwise) shall we be liable to you or to any other person for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including damages for lost profits, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, accuracy of results, or computer failure or malfunction.

Shipping & Delivery

The physical goods corresponding to the NFTs you purchase will be shipped according to our standard delivery policies. While we will make every effort to ensure the successful delivery of goods, we cannot guarantee that items will always reach their destination within the estimated delivery times.

In the case of lost shipments or failed deliveries, we will use reasonable efforts to investigate the matter. However, we will not be held responsible for items lost, damaged, or delayed during transit unless due to our negligence.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, we cannot guarantee delivery, and we accept no responsibility for any loss that you may incur as a result.

You agree to notify us promptly if your shipment does not arrive or if it arrives damaged so we can file a claim with the delivery service. Claims for lost or damaged goods must be received within a reasonable time frame from the estimated delivery date. If you do not comply with these terms, we will not be obliged to make any refund, re-delivery or other compensation.
